He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elwood and Edna Morefield Bailey; his siblings, James Elwood Bailey, Jr. (Woody) and Wanda Bailey Rorrer (Cookie); and his nephews, Tommy Rorrer and David Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Hannah Margaret Cecil; his sons, Brian (Melissa) of Greenville, NC, Barry (Debbie) of Virginia Beach, VA and Keith (Ginger) of Chesapeake, VA.; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Jason), Corey, Ryne, Kyle (Colleen), Chad (Leah), Kelly, Kady, Storm (Hannah) and Bella; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Luke, Kinsley, Jameson, Lacey, Laynie Blake and Lucy Mae; his brother Charlie (Billie) of Lexington, SC; and his siblings-in-law, Betty, Jim Rorrer of Bluefield, VA, Eddie Cecil (Terry) of Falls, PA and Jo Cecil Snyder. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins.
