He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Faye McCoy (Scott), Cathy Sikkenga, Terri Kilgore, Victoria Stewart (Tony), Hank Thornburg (Chrissy) and Kate Thornburg; his grandchildren, Dylan, Morgan, Robby, David, Josh, Joey of Kristal, A. J., Aaron, Henry, Katherine and Kylie; and his great grandchildren, Robby, Zach, Ally, Caiden, Liam, Emma Rose, Savannah, Oliver, Cameron, Nolan, Cooper and Jack.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the R. W. Baker & Company Funeral Home and Crematory (5685 Lee Farm Ln, Suffolk, VA 23434). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery (5310 Milners Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434).
