She was predeceased by: her husband William Joseph Adams; her parents, James B. Dozier and Alice W. Dozier; and her brother Curtis B. Dozier. She is survived by: her children, William J. Adams Jr. (Cathy Crawford) of Chesapeake, Debra A, Clary of Chesapeake and Diane A. Herring (Andrew) of Morehead City, NC.; and her brother Raymond E. Dozier (Agnes) of Virginia Beach. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Burrows Memorial Baptist Church, (1539 Johnstons Road, Norfolk, VA 23518) in Frances' memory.
