We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2018, Emmitt Totty (Chesapeake, Virginia), born in Petersburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his children, Josephine and Kenneth; and his brother Alvin. He is survived by: his parents, Emmitt A. Totty and Etta P. Totty; his wife Marjory Hamilton Totty; his children, Emmitt Jr (Ann) and Donna Griffin (Tony); and his stepchildren, James Hamilton (Patty), Barry Hamilton and Annette Brownley. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Indian River Baptist Church.
