Doxey is survived by: children, Joan B. Gilley (Roger), Deborah Welker (Richard), Steven Edward Doxey (Jennifer) and William Keith Doxey Sr.; and wife Vickie. Doxey is also survived by eleven grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
