He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow "Mike" Kelley and Audrey Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Annette Peek Kelley; and his brothers, Clark Kelley (Kris) of South Dakota and John Kelley of Arizona. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
