He was predeceased by: his parents, James Patrick and Mabel Palmer Patrick; and his siblings, Bruce Patrick and Kerry Burger. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Patrick; and his sons, Zachary and Justin (Marie).
A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Graham Funeral Home (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320). A reception was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
