He is survived by: his wife Marie Dotson Kelley; his children, Michelle Moulton, Gwynn LaMark and Micheal "Dale" Kelley; his parents, Oda Brice Kelley and Beverly Kelley; and his brothers, Troy Kelley and Glen Kelley. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 Nephews, 6 Nieces, 1 Grandnephew, and 1 Grandniece.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Oman Funeral Home and Crematory (653 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322).
