She is survived by: her husband Leary W. Casper of Suffolk, VA; her children, Laura Hare (Robert Hare Jr.) of Moseley, VA, Elizabeth Mielke of Amherst, NH and L. Matthew Casper of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, R. Preston Hare III, Liam Hare, Brennon Mielke, Audrey Mielke, Lilleigh Casper and Logan Casper; and her siblings, Linda Howard, Kathy Hill, John Ray Crisp, Lewis Crisp, Joyce Compton and Earl Dashiell.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Oman Funeral Home & Crematory (653 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322).
