She is survived by: her son Thomas Penney; her husband Oral Penney; her children, Samantha Ricks and Monty Penney; her sisters, Mae Bowman and Charlotte Silverthorne; and her mother Edna Gay. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
