He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Morgan and Rosalee Cox; and his siblings, James "JB" Morgan, Ed Morgan, Leslie "Boot" Morgan, Emma Langston, Lucille Rouse and Bernice Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Erma Sanderlin Morgan; his children, Rosetta Cox, Margaret Hodnett and Mark Morgan; and his grandchildren, Vanessa Galbreath, Amos Hodnett, Jr. (Krystal), Kory Cox and Brandon Morgan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and countless friends.
