He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wagner and Emma Stillwell Wagner. He is survived by: his children, Karl G. Wagner Jr. (Cindy), Nancy Ellen Wagner of Cheriton, Gary William (Julie Leigh Wagner) and Rick (Kim Wagner); his grandchildren, Devin and Hector Barreto; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Jayden, Julian, Zachary, Lauren Oroski, Stella, Winter, Ashley Wagner, Trisha Guynn, Dave Bryan, Jack and Samantha Wagner; and also, Maris and Heydin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lower Northampton Baptist Church, 24280 Lankford Highway, Cape Charles, VA 23310.
