She was predeceased by: her husband George R. Spady; and her parents, Howard L. Parker and Edith Louise Brady Parker. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Spady Taylor (Rooks) of Cheriton and Hope Spady Evans (Richard DeCarlo) of Cheriton; her siblings, Loretta Lewis of Cape Charles, VA, Janice Richardson of Cheriton, Jean Shanley of Cheriton and Steve Parker of Cheriton; her granddaughter Amy Taylor of Cheriton; and her great grandchildren, Emma Margaret Appenzeller and Taylor Ann Appenzeller.
