He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Thomas Scott and Margaret Fitzgerald Scott; and his son Rickie T. Scott. He is survived by: his wife Annabelle Landon Scott; his son Carlton T. Scott, Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA; his sister Denna Scott Ward of Melfa, VA; his grandsons, Alan Scott of Virginia Beach and Robert Scott of Virginia Beach; and his great grandchild Annabelle Scott of Virginia Beach.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cheriton Baptist Church, P.O. Box 227, Cheriton, VA 23316.
