She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Geoffery and Mary Freeman Franklin; and her brother Robert Geoffery Franklin, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Frank A. Howard (Peachy); her son Steven Todd Hughes (Carrie); her granddaughter Erica; her great grandchild Kaden; her sisters, Janice Akers and Diane Ferguson; her siblings-in-law, Evelyn Still, Mary Adkins, Hazel Johnson and Marvin Howard; and her niece Bonnie Adkins. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
