He is survived by: his children, Sheila Witcher of Danville, VA, Cinda Kaye Overbey of Danville, VA, Mary Delores Witcher Ricks of Rocky Mount, VA and David Witcher of Chatham, VA; and his siblings, Lucinda W. Wilson of Danville, VA, Barbara Allen, Ruth Witcher and Randolph Witcher of Blairs, VA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
