He was predeceased by: his parents, William Perry Riddle and Daisy Mays Riddle; his wife Margaret Ann Roach Riddle; his son Darrell Wade Riddle; and his brothers, Perry Hugh Riddle, James Curtis Riddle and Robert Carl Riddle.
He is survived by: his sons, Carroll Wayne Riddle of Chatham, Gary William Riddle (Kelly) of Blairs and Stephen Ray Riddle (Judy) of Chatham; and his sisters, Thelma Waller of Dry Fork and Judy Osborne of North Carolina. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
