He was predeceased by: his stepmother Marie Bushley. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Bushley and Patricia Partington; his brothers, Troy Bushley (Sharon) and Thomas Bushley (Dawn); his stepsiblings, Jamie Motley (Lisa), Joe Motley, Christopher Robertson (Amy) and Jessica Biggs (Thomas); and his significant other Jaci Lancaster. He is also survived by her three children; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contribution be made to the Danville Cancer Association.
