He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Cornelius Sutphin and Rachel Stanley Sutphin; and his sister Janice Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Lindsey Boyle (Tobias) and Stuart Andrew Sutphin (Victoria); his granddaughter Hannah; his siblings, Rusty Sutphin (Janice) and Sue Morimoto (Josh); and his brother-in-law Mike Hughes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to Riceville Java Volunteer Fire Department or the Danville Pittsylvania Cancer Association.
