He was predeceased by: his father Ronald James Oswald Sr.; and his friends, Jimmy Craddock and Keith Stogner. He is survived by: his mother Diane Burgess Oswald; his sons, Trent Oswald and Landon Oswald; the mother of his children Summer Nelson Oswald; his brothers, John T. Hankins (Alicia) of Forrest Grove, OR and Woodrow D. Hankins; his in-laws, Rick and Sondra Nelson of Danville, VA; and his pet Thor.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Oak Grove Christian Church (20581 US-29, Chatham, VA 24531). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Oak Grove Christian Church, 20581 US Highway 29, Chatham, VA 24531.
