He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Motley Harris and Harry Fitzgerald Harris; his former wife Roslyn Blair Harris; his son Robert F. "Bob" Harris, Jr.; and his siblings, Shelby H. Patrick and Jimmy Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine England Harris; his children, Ellen H. Petty (James), Wendy H. Rodriguez (Dan), Cindy England, Gary Dale Harris (Gail) and Jack England (Patricia); and his sister Shirley Welsh (Sam). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren.
