She was predeceased by: her parents, William Paul Adams and Nita Hammack Adams. She is survived by: her husband Richard G. Motley; her daughters, Kathryn M. Nicholson (Tommy) of Chatham and Angela M. Rice (Barry) of Hurt; her grandchildren, Sarah Steinruck (Pierce), Adam Nicholson (Brooke), James Gregory (Jasmine), Richard Gregory and Benjamin Gregory; and her caregivers, Queenie Womack and Faye Turner. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
