It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randolph Thompson in Chatham, Virginia, who passed away on June 19, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thompson and Edna Messick Thompson; his siblings, Wallace Thompson and Marion Thompson Stephens; and his significant other Evelyn Fletcher Thompson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Terry Curtis (Kelly) and Cheryl Walker (Mickey); his grandchildren, Melissa Mills (Rich), Christy Cheek (Cory), Chad Walker, Jeff Curtis (Miranda), Kevin Curtis (Chris), Cody Walker, Kyle Curtis and Dylan Curtis; his great grandchildren, Taylor Wilhalme (Michael), Ashleigh Gheen, Brooke Mills, Rebekahlynn Curtis, Nikolas Curtis, Sebastian Curtis, Colin Cheek and Kaeden Curtis; and his brother-in-law William Hicks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
