She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Echols Moore and Caleb Judson Moore, Sr.; her husband William Calvin Bennett, Sr.; her daughter Jeanne Elizabeth Bennett; and her siblings, Richard E. Moore, Caleb J. Moore, Jr., Carlton W. Moore, E. Paige Moore, George L. Moore and Imogen Moore Ramey.
She is survived by: her children, Carol B. Motely (Boyd), William C. Bennett, Jr. (Andi) and James A. Bennett (Shelby). She is also survived by five grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, one great, great grandchild, and two step great, great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
