He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Thomas Norcutt and Cora Roach Norcutt; his sister Joyce Ann Norcutt Marshall; and his son-in-law Chris Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Sally Runyon Norcutt; and his children, Julie Copley (Bryant) of Altavista, Connie Pair (Roger) of Gladys, Libby Norcutt of Georgia, Wendy Phelps of Gladys, William Alan Runyon (Joy) of Chatham and Kelly James Runyon (Leslie) of Gretna. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
