It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary B. Showalter of Chatham, Virginia, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on October 20, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Snead Brady and Frances Wilson Brady; her husband Robert Showalter; her son Brad Andrew Showalter; and her sister Carol Caldwell.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Showalter (Barbara) of Merced, CA and Susan Holmes (James) of Chatham; her grandchildren, Brittany Ingram (Derrick), Trevor Showalter, Joshua Stone (Jordan), Laura Showalter and John David Stone; and her great grandchild Caiden Stone.
Due to the governor's requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is required and social distancing is to be observed.
