He is survived by: his siblings, Lucille Roberts (Tommy), James Haynes (Patsy), Grover Haynes (late Judy) and Larry Haynes (Lynda); his daughter Mylinda Sampson (Rocky); his adoptive son Corey Matherly; his stepsons, Gary Matherly (Lori) and Scott Matherly (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Sherri, Tammy, Tony, Michelle, Melissa, Jessica, Kimberly, Michael, Matthew, Justin and Grayson; his great grandchildren, Alex, Tracy, Ricco, Josh, Brianna, Quinton, Little Tony, Brooklyn, Maddie, Kendall, Chase and Lena; his friend Caesar; his great great grandchild Charlotte Ray; and his friend Corey Matherly.
