He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Lawrence and Abby Adkins Lawrence; his wife Janet Jefferson Lawrence; and his brothers, Hylton Lawrence of Leroy Lawrence, J. E and Wayne Lawrence.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Peters; his grandson Dwight Krantz; and his siblings, Kitty Lawrence, Linda King and Randolph Lawrence.
