He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Belmont White and Delma Ann Motley White. He is survived by: his cousins, Joe Motley, Tommy Motley and Tim Motley; his sisters, Mary East (Delvin) of Chatham, Becky Martin of Lynchburg and Barbara Norcutt (Glenn) of Newport News; and his nieces and nephews, Stewart East (Brandon), Nathan East, Matthew Norcutt, Adrienne Foster (Andrew) and Amy Pugh. He is also survived by three great-nephews and one great-niece.
