He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Ann "Jones" Peckinpaugh and Frank Lee Peckinpaugh; his wife Linda Edwards Peckinpaugh; and his siblings, Michael Wayne Peckinpaugh and Gail Peckinpaugh Goodrich.
He is survived by: his son Kenneth Lee Peckinpaugh Jr.; his grandchildren, Breanna Peckinpaugh of Chatham, VA. and Makayla Aten of Chatham, VA.; his sister Cindy Via (Robert); and also, Craig, Brandy Aten of Chatham, VA., Tim and Shelby Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Scott's Funeral to aid in offsetting the cost of services.
