He is survived by: his mother Faye Ashburn Collins; his wife Cindy Barbour; his children, Joseph Lee Collins and Ashley "Claire" Collins; his son-in-law Bryan Allen Byrd; his siblings, Pamela Collins Albanese, Penny Collins Cox and Victor Tilton Collins; and his sister-in-law Catherine Shoup Collins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
