He was predeceased by: his brother Eugene Witcher. He is survived by: his wife Doretha Harris Witcher; his children, Jarslyn Witcher of Sacramento, CA, Sherrone Witcher, Sr. of Winston Salem, NC and Brandon Witcher (Brittany) of Manassas, VA; and his siblings, Deanna Turner of Martinsville, VA, Regina Witcher of Winston Salem, NC, Bertram Harris (Barbara) and Victor Witcher of Washington, DC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak family visitation will be held on Friday, May 22, 2020 from 6-8 PM from Fisher and Watkins Funeral Home with a limited of 10 people at a time and masks are required.
