She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Watsie Winters and Elsie Hungate Winters; and her stepgrandchild Kiera Leah Keatts. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Edward "Eddie" Marsh; her stepchildren, Thomas "Tommy" Marsh (Rita) and Susan Keatts (James); and her stepgrandchildren, James Keatts (Andrea), Richard Keatts, Jonathan Keatts (Shelly) and Nathalie Keatts. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, ten; two sisters; and four brothers.
