He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Bolling and Patricia Reynolds Bolling of Gretna; his son Jeremy Lee Bolling, Jr.; and his siblings, T. J. Bolling of Gretna and Ashley Holloran (Brandon) of Lynchburg.
