With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hattie Mae Adkins of Chatham, Virginia, who passed away on August 9, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rebecca Thompson and Sammie H. Lipford; and her husband Lewis Vincent Adkins. She is survived by: her children, Walter Adkins, Bobby Adkins and Carla Y. Adkins; and her siblings, Johnnie James Lipford and Dora J. Carter. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, all restrictions mandated by the guidelines set forth by the state must be followed by service attendants and staff.
