He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin J. Andrews and Laura K. Andrews of Gretna. He is survived by: his wife Iva Sours Andrews; his daughters, Dr. Laura J. Andrews of Hays and Kathleen A. Tutt (Michael) of Flower Mound; and his granddaughters, Elizabeth Branson (Joseph) and Sarah K. Tutt.
