He is survived by: his parents, Scott Anthony Rowland and Monica Phillips Rowland of Hurt; his wife Courtney Thomas Rowland; his daughters, Stormye Franklin, Maggie Rowland, Melannye Rowland and Meadow Rowland; his siblings, Paige Stewart (Jesse) of Pittsville and Shane Rowland (Jenni) of Arizona; his grandparents, Jasper and Linda Rowland of Oklahoma; his nephews, Logan Crawley, Jackson Ashworth and Damian Rowland; and his niece Jane Rowland.
