It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine W. Hemingway of Chatham, Virginia, who passed away on June 5, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Wright and Queen Esther Davis Craft; and her siblings, Dolores "Lois" Watson, Benjamin Clark, William Clark, Samuel Clark and John Clark.
She is survived by: her husband Jeremiah Hemingway; her son Terrence Hemingway; her grandchildren, Terrence Hemingway, Jr. (Quintara), Bricen Hemingway (Sha'Quella), Don Hollingsworth, II, Hailey Swindle, Christine D. Watson and James E. Watson; her great grandchildren, Teriyah Hemingway, Bryson Hemingway and Tahvier Hemingway; her niece Annette Hollingsworth (Don); her nephew Marvin Watson (Rebecca); and her godchildren, Juowone Luck (Zitilalic) and Renita Luck.
