He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Kelly Bailey and Mable Wilson Bailey; his son Charles "Chuck" Curtis Bailey, Jr; his siblings, William "Pete" Bailey, Della Bailey and Jane Morris; his wife Margaret Smith Yeatts Bailey; his daughters, Mona Bailey Gaytan of Brick, NJ and Theresa Elliott; his stepchildren, Glenn Yeatts (Kathy) of Gretna and Joan Davis (Greg) of Climax, NC; and his sister Martha Pope of Knoxville, TN. He was also cherished by four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
