He was predeceased by: his parents, Susie Bell Doss Owen and Benjamin Bryant Owen; and his siblings, Grady Owen, Mary Allen, Claris McGaughey and Louise Owen.
He is survived by: his wife Christine Wooldridge Owen; his daughter Susan Owen Gibson (Lee) of Penhook; his sister-in-law Trudy Owen; and his granddaughter LeAnn Marie Gibson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, all restrictions mandated by the guidelines set forth by the state must be followed by service attendants and staff.
