She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Preacher Davis and Katherine Jones Davis; her son Reginald Callands; and her siblings, Gladys Polk, Gertrude Motley, Katie Morrison, Larry Davis and Jim Davis.
She is survived by: her son Stacy Callands (Susy) of Hamden, Connecticut; her grandchildren, Armani Callands, Deijah Callands, Katie Callands, DeVonne Callands and James Callands; and her siblings, Jerlene Esaw of Norwalk, Nellie West of Chatham, Elizabeth Davis of Chatham, Joyce Logan of Chatham, Glenda Townes of Danville, Virginia, Walter Davis, Jr. (Joann) of Chatham, Virginia, Leslie Davis (Paulena Vaden) of Chatham, Virginia and Steven Davis of Chatham, Virginia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home Chapel (668 Zion Rd, Gretna, VA 24557).
