She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Smith Adkins and Carroll Adkins; and her brother Clinton Carroll Adkins. She is survived by: her husband Earnest Adkins; her daughter Connie Moore of Chatham; and her grandson H. Leigh Moore of Danville.
