He is survived by: his daughter Arielle K. Pannell of Chatham, Virginia; his granddaughter Aliseia V. Pannell of Chatham, Virginia; and his brother David W. Pannell (Patricia) of Staunton, Virginia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
