She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Payne and Rebecca G. Payne. She is survived by: her daughter Lara Buchanan (Jud); her grandchildren, J. B., Darrell and Dylan Buchanan; her sister Jettye Higgins (Carrol); her nephew Brandon Higgins (Cindy); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Madi and Tyler Higgins.
