She was predeceased by: her parents, Hester Brown Jeffries, Sr. and Aurelia Blankenship Jeffries; her spouse Minister Frank Bernard Fuller; her son Jeffrey Lynn "Jeff" Fuller; her sisters, Faye J. Shields and Alice J. Eller Sales; and also Hester Brown Jeffries, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Frank Fuller, Jr. (Lee Anne) of Richmond, VA, Richard Fuller (Paula) of Chatham, VA, Bryan Fuller (Tonya) of Charlottsville, VA and Robert Fuller (Dayna) of Danville, VA; and her sister Barbara J. Bouldin of Vinton, VA.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
