It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Lee Hudson Harris of Chase City, Virginia, who passed away on May 28, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Richard Harris; her parents, Oscar Hudson and Vernia White Hudson; her sons, Dean Allen Harris (Bonnie), Dan Richard Harris (Becky) and Dennis Dale Harris; her siblings, Thelma Franklin, Mildred Walton, Clarence Hudson and Frank Hudson; and her grandson John Allen Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Lee Harris and Rodney Earl Hudson (Dolores); her siblings, Ruth Black and Earl Hudson (Faye); her grandchildren, Heather Harris, Katherine H. Fisher (Brad), Daniel Harris (Katie), Elizabeth Glaze (Jason), Nathan Hudson, Eli Hudson, Noah Hudson and Emma Hudson; and her great grandchildren, Bryton Fisher, Ryker Fisher, Mason Harris, Jackson Harris, Hudson Harris, Kayla Johnson and Hunter Johnson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
