She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Pettus and Zella Keene; her stepson Worther Tucker; and her siblings, William, Charlie, Harold, Jimmy, Earnest, Robert and Laura.
She is survived by: her husband Worther Keene of Chase City, VA; her children, Vickie Boyd of Richmond, VA, Vivian Keene of Chase City, VA, Winfred Keene of Creedmoor, NC, Francis Boyd (Jamaale) of Chase City, VA and Kareem Keene; her grandchildren, Pattie Russell (Kalvin) of South Hill, VA, Lauretta Keene, Azevia Hilliard (James) of Chase City, VA, Tymane Keene of Ellenwood, GA, Tariq Gregory of Norfolk, VA, Tewanda Epps of Baskerville, VA, Jamiah Boyd of Burlington, NC and Yariah Boyd of Littleton, NC; her sister Roberta McFail of Chase City, VA; and her godson Alfred Cheatham. She is also survived by other loving relatives and caring friends.
