She was predeceased by: her parents, George M. Noel and Betty Noel; and her brothers, Randolph, John and Lance Noel.
She is survived by: her siblings, Clarence Noel (Sharmen) of South Hill, VA, Larry Noel (Flora) of Warner Robbins, GA, Hazel Bailey of Irvington, NJ, Nannie Hayes of Plainfield, NJ and Irene Noel of Bloomfield, NJ. She is also survived by other loving relatives and caring friends.
