She is survived by: her children, Roymeico Carter, Gary Brown (Alexis) of Grand Prairie, TX and Tori Nelson of Ashburn, VA; her grandchildren, Julia Brown of North Chesterfield, VA, Allegra Watkins of Atlanta, GA, Demetrice Brown of North Chesterfield, VA, Morgan Terry of Chase City, VA, Simone Bales of Richmond, VA, Que Markie Kersey of Ashburn, VA and Brannin Terry of Baumholder, Germany; and her siblings, Al Carter (Sandra) of Clarksville, VA, Christine Downey of Danville, VA, Jerome Carter of Skipwith, VA, Michael Carter of Richmond, VA and Angie Carter Alford (Derrick) of Chesterfield, VA. She is also survived by other loving relatives and caring friends.
