It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Eugene Sheldon of Chase City, Virginia, born in South Hill, Virginia, who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalton Sheldon and Bettye Sheldon Tucker; and his grandparents, E. M., Mary Sheldon of Chase City, VA, Anderson and Nettie Brown of Lenoir City, TN..
He is survived by: his siblings, Sue Vaughan (Joseph) of Nelson, VA and Curtis Sheldon (Lisa) of Skipwith, VA; his nieces and nephews, Todd Vaughan, Bryan Sheldon, Heather Rogers and Mary Sheldon; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madisyn Rogers, Kaitlyn Rose, Landry Rogers and Joseph Vaughan; and his close friends, Mark, Tammy Johnson and Madison Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, Frankie's family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
